Meetings
Regular Business Meetings tyle at 7:30 PM on the 1st Wednesday of every month, except in July and August. Regular Business Meetings are held to conduct the business of the Avon Glen Lodge and include Masonic educational presentations.
Festive Board typically precedes the meeting, at 6:30 pm. But please confirm with our Junior Warden as times are subject to change.
Emergent Meetings tyle at 7:30 PM on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, except in July and August. Please see your lodge bulletin (which can be found on the private members’ page of this website) for more details.
Practices are held at 8:00 am on the Sunday before Special Business Meetings and before Emergent Meetings involving degrees.
Officer Installation is always held in December and typically on the first Wednesday of the month. Please contact the Junior Warden to confirm the exact date and time.
All meetings are held at Freemasons’ Hall (FMH), which is located at 103 Street and 100 Avenue in downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
Officer’s Dress for Meetings: Regular Business Meetings – Business Suit; Degree Emergent Meetings and Grand Lodge Official Visits– Formal/Black Tie;
Grand Lodge Visits – Formal/Black Tie.
Events
End of Summer and Ladies Night Gala
The gala is usually is a dinner and dance held in October. There is an effort to raise funds for charities close to our hearts.
District Bonspiel and Golf Tournaments

Beaver Hills District Curling Bonspiel
The Beaver Hills District Curling Bonspiel is held each year at the Granite Curling Club and most lodges in the Beaverhills District would enter a team.
It is a one day event on a Saturday and each team plays several games.
The team with the best record would receive the trophy.
